I recently attended a group reading of Joseph Lobrutto and was blown away that a co-worker who had recently passed came through.

Joseph said someone here has recently traveled to New Orleans. He repeated this several times and no one spoke up. Then he said I hear the song “The Saints Come Marching In”.

I spoke up and said I recently lost a co-worker who was born and raised in New Orleans but moved here after Hurricane Katrina. Joseph then said some other things that confirmed it was him.

Yesterday, I contacted his sister to tell her about the reading and found out that the day I attended the group reading was the same day of his service in New Orleans that I wasn’t aware of. Apparently it was my co worker who recently traveled to New Orleans lol… His sister told me that they played the song “The Saints Go Marching in” and it was was one of his favorites.
